What started as a vision of a sparkling new bathroom quickly turned into a living nightmare. Every step of the renovation process was plagued with problems. First, the plumber we selected proved to be incompetent. Then there were the constant delays. Materials were the wrong color. The designturned outterrible. We even had to deal with a flood. To
